Subject: Sears Modern Homes 1923 not 1920
This is actually the 1923 catalog and not the 1920. I compared the indexes of actual catalogs. The front cover is missing on this upload. It SHOULD be the cover with the key in the upper left corner and the Verona model on the front. What they show as the front cover is actually the back of the catalog. One house or a hundred was an advertising slogan Sears used in the 1920's. It was never used as the title of one of their catalogs.
